										<description>The U.S. federal tax credit listed is wrong. Residential credit is 30% of the system cost with no limit. Also you failed to note the fact we heat a lot of buildings using air systems and are able to achieve as much as 50% of the heating load in cold climates and they to  are also eligable for the 30% residential credits and this far out weights the savings of a hot water system and at less cost. Commercial credits are 30% of the entire cost plus 5 year deperation on 85% of the total cost</description>
